How Enterprises Benefit with WiMAX Today
Wednesday, December 9th, 2009I too, have been listening to the banter around 4G. The discussions are everywhere, and everyone has an opinion. The fact is, WiMAX is here today, and the timing is especially good as Gartner anticipates a 650% increase in enterprise data growth over the next five years calling it the data deluge. As good as 3G networks are, they were not designed for this much data. The 4G WiMAX network on the contrary, is especially designed for the high demands of data delivery and access in a mobile environment. And it is clearly the speeds in which data is downloaded, the low latency, and the accessibility that is making the promise real today.
