I’ve written before about the plight of the “forgotten globals,” those global companies that are not quite big enough to deserve the front-of-the-cabin, can-I-get-you-some-wine treatment from most of the biggest telecom carriers (Sprint being a notable exception), even though in many cases they need the expert attention even more than the biggest enterprises. The Users Speak, and Sprint Wins

You have to love independent surveys. I can stand up in front of customers all day and tell them how good a job Sprint is doing, but they tend to discount what I say since I work for Sprint. You can’t really blame them; they hear that from everybody. So it’s great when a third-party survey – particularly one done by two well-respected organizations – comes along and makes the point.
