All Carriers off Deck
Russ McGuire, a fellow Seamless Enterprise blogger, spoke at the Open Mobile Summit a few weeks ago. In his chat about the “Future of the Carrier Deck,” he challenged carriers to move out of the way and stop slowing down the process of innovation. Most carriers are a bottleneck when it comes to bringing new applications to market, McGuire contends.
Following the event, McGuire outlined some of what he shared at the event on his personal blog. Read up on McGuire’s thoughts about the carrier deck and application stores and share your thoughts on the issue here at the Seamless Enterprise, or post a comment directly on McGuire’s blog.
