Unified Communications Focal Point of Virtual VoiceCon
If your company is scaling back on the trade show circuit this year, there are lots of ways to stay in the know. Take the Virtual VoiceCon show for example. On June 10, you can experience a great tradeshow without leaving your office.
Sure, virtual tradeshows aren’t new, but this one is bound to stand out. Brought to you by No Jitter, this show will deliver the same quality content and speakers – and even exhibitors – as you would expect to find at its annual VoiceCon events.
Whether you have an hour to spare, or six, you can login in at your convenience to discuss one of the hottest topics in the IT industry – Unified Communications. This event will be highly interactive, meaning attendees can participate in a 3D virtual environment, where you can text chat with leading telecom and UC experts (including me and several of my distinguished colleagues).
If you prefer touring the show floor over sitting in sessions, you can visit with vendors and consultants in their virtual booths where company representatives will be available to chat with you – live via your PC, smartphone, or perhaps the amazing new Palm Pre. There will even be a keynote speaker.
As one of the exhibitor’s, Sprint will have a handful of subject matter experts in its booth to chat about enabling UC with Sprint Global MPLS, SIP Trunking and Mobile Integration, and a wealth of other information related to UC. We can even share our own personal experience with Sprint’s UC deployment.
We’ll also be hosting a session from 3 to 4 p.m. ET in which we’ll be talking about Sprint Converged Solutions, with a particular emphasis on enabling UC. Other virtual sessions will include:
• SIP Technology Update
• SIP Trunking
• Social Networking and Enterprise Communications
• Architectures for UC
• UC: Basics to Best Practices
• Adding Mobility to UC
• Contingency Planning for a Consolidating Industry
Click here to register for this free event. It starts at 11 a.m. ET and runs to 5 p.m. Ah, no late night parties, rushing from booth to booth, or skipping lunch. The downside, no bag full of trinkets to bring back to clutter your desk.
